Kofy Hagan holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is currently a Director of First African Marketing Associates (FAMAL), a marketing company that provides Direct Sales Executives for Barclays Bank. He is also a Director of Echo House Ghana (Publishers of Echo Magazine) and the Head of Branding at L’AINE Services Ltd. 

Kofy headed the HR Focus project at its inception (then, as Managing Editor) and it was his leadership and drive that saw to the successful transformation of the newsletter to the highly rated magazine, HR Focus. 

Kofy is also a young entrepreneur who started a business with three friends in his final year of college. The business; a publishing company known as Echo House Ghana stemmed from the successful publication of a student’s magazine while he was a student of KNUST. Currently, Echo House Ghana has expanded and has 3 products under her belt; Echo KNUST, Echo Legon and Echo Fresha, which are all magazines, made for students of tertiary institutions. 

Kofy Hagan is a self-motivated, ambitious and innovative young man with a passion for marketing. He has a dream of putting up youth centers and free boarding schools across Ghana to combat the problem of child labour and street children in our country.
